Like many, I didn't make the switch to vegetarianism to better my health. Instead, I chose to stop eating meat because of my love for animals. I couldn't fathom slaughtering and grilling up a beautiful, peaceful cow. What I didn't expect was so many changes in my own health. While I'm not a stick figure by any means, my blood draws always come back with outstanding results. So, why are vegetarians healthier than carnivores?
